I recently presented at Robin Robin’s Producers Club in Nashville, TN. I was excited to get time with MSPs to learn about what they are doing, their challenges, and inform them of options to ease their pain. I love my job because we just want to help people and their business.
I started working on my presentation and put myself in the mindset of the audience, and reviewed all the feedback we hear from prospects. There was an overall theme that stood out, MSP owners are struggling to find time to work ON their business and grow it.
In fact, during the beginning of my presentation I polled the audience and asked them, "who spends more time focusing ON their business instead of IN the day-to-day business?" I was amazed, but not shocked, to see that only 3 people out of 100 raised their hand to say they spend more time working on their business. This is a real challenge for MSPs, but this is where I am eager to tell them that help is available, and educate them about outsourcing to a Master MSP such as Collabrance.
