GreatAmerica 1 of 5 award winners recognized for employee engagement based on 9.8+ million survey responses by DecisionWise

GreatAmerica received the performance award based on a review of 9.8+ million survey responses in the DecisionWise international employee engagement survey benchmark database. Using a set of employee engagement questions, results were analyzed by the number of fully engaged or disengaged employees, key contributors, and opportunity groups. GreatAmerica was confirmed as an award recipient by their overall culture, best practices and initiatives.
