What's Included

Project & Billable Work

Project work fees apply to support that is outside the scope of our standard service offerings. Hourly rates vary depending on tier level of support required:

  • Tier 1: $135 per hour
  • Tier 2: $175 per hour
  • Tier 3: $225 per hour
  • Tier 4: to be based on current market rate

After-Hours Support

The Collabrance live-answer service desk is fully staffed from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. After-hours, weekend and holiday support is available at a starting rate of $202.50 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments with a 30-minute minimum.

Fixed Monthly Costs

$750 Monthly Minimum Billing Commitment

We have a $750 monthly minimum billing commitment; this can include up to 1-2 customer environments. You have the flexibility to pick the customers you think are a good fit.

$30 IT Glue Documentation Management

Collabrance uses IT Glue to document service issues and build our knowledge base - which helps us better serve your customers.

We require service providers to retain their own instance of IT Glue, which can be used to manage configuration and customer information through a feature called GlueConnect.

$90 StreamlineIT License

Collabrance uses ConnectWise PSA. Service providers are required to obtain licensing for StreamlineIT to access customer reporting, project management and ticket information through ConnectWise.
